The Archives of the University of Notre Dame has microfilm editions of several sports newspapers available for purchase. While all these papers highlight baseball -- and all are considered essential resources for historical baseball research -- most also report on other sports and recreational activities of their eras.
Newspapers may be ordered by single reels or by the set. Individual reels are $65 (sixty-five dollars) each, plus $10 (ten dollars) shipping and handling for orders of four reels or fewer. Orders of fifteen reels or more are eligible for a ten percent discount; entire sets are available at a further discount. For an order form with a detailed list of reels for each title, see:

Payment in the form of a check or money order, or (for institutions) a purchase order, must accompany the order form. Orders are generally filled within two weeks of receipt. Payments on invoices are due within thirty days.
